Terms and Conditions		1. This prize is non-transferable, non returnable and non-redeemable for cash. 2. Prize is valid for 12 months from draw date and not subject to extension. (valid until 10/09/11) 3. Accommodation subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of two (2) weeks notice must be given. It is always subject to availability; (i.e. at the hotel’s discretion. If a booking is requested during the hotel’s peak season, they are entitled to deny confirmation). 4. Accommodation is not available during peak seasons as follows: Australian & New Zealand School & Easter Holidays and from 21st December, 2010 to 11 January, 2011. 5. All food, beverages, taxes, and other incidental costs incurred by the guest (other than the inclusions detailed above) are to be settled prior to departure from, and direct with, the individual hotel. 6. The room type relates to standard double room accommodation only. 7. Upgrade certificates cannot be used. 8. Travel insurance is not included and it is highly recommended that the winner purchase before travelling. 9. All entries must show intending date of marriage. 10. Small Luxury Hotels of the World has the right to update these terms and conditions. The claiming of room nights will be governed by the terms and conditions that are in place at the time the room nights are claimed rather than issued. 11.
